I had a pretty mixed experience at Sunwood Hotel during my stay. The location is super central, making it easy to explore Mataram, and the friendly staff really made me feel at home. On the downside, the hotel facilities left a lot to be desired, especially with the Wi-Fi and some issues with cleanliness in my room.
